Kate’s Recipe of the Week – Marshmallow Caramel Krispies

This week’s recipes is sure to please, and with only 4 ingredients and just minutes of cooking time, we’re sure you’ll be adding this one to your favorites list.

Marshmallow Caramel Krispies

Ingredients:

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 bag caramels, unwrapped

  • 1/2 C. butter

  • 1 bag marshmallows

Directions:

1. Put unwrapped caramels in pan. Add sweetened condensed milk.

2. Add butter and melt over medium heat, stirring constantly.

3. Remove from heat. Using a toothpick (or fondue fork like I did), skewer marshmallow and dip into melted caramel mixture.

6. Let excess drip off, then coat completely in rice krispies.

7. Let cool on waxed paper. (I put mine in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.)
