Kate says – 2 1/2 stars “Did You Hear About the Morgans? is an unremarkable piece of fluff. A pleasant enough way to spend a few hours, but I’m guessing by tomorrow I will have practically no recall of the movie. Thank goodness for Hugh Grant playing the standard goofy, self-effacing character he always plays.That at least adds a bit of wit and charm to the movie. Grant and Sarah Jessica Parker are a mismatched couple, however, with little on screen chemistry.”

Coffee Break readers owe me big-time for this one.  I saw this one so you won’t have to.  Seriously, if your kids want to see this movie, see if you can pawn them off on some unsuspecting friend who mentions she’s taking her kids and ask if yours can tag along.  Generally, I’m very lenient in my  reviews of movies which are obviously intended for children.  My son giggled and laughed his way through the movie.  This, however, was almost unbearable for me.  The best part comes when the credits start to roll and the guinea pigs break dance…oh and the fact that the movie is over too. Consider yourself warned.
