It was about this time last year when I remember looking out of the window and seeing this huge, brilliant red object across the street on the grounds of St. Michael’s Church. It almost looked as if something was on fire. On closer inspection, I realized the intense red color was beaming out from a burning bush. We were able to enjoy that burning red color for several weeks, if memory serves. In fact, it was still glowing after the leaves had fallen from all the other trees.
