It’s a way to end up with a delicious home cooked meal, side dish or dessert without spending lots of time to get there. This week’s cheater recipe… Chicken Pesto Club Sandwiches Ingredients: (per sandwich) 2 slices cooked bacon (You can use the fully cooked kind. I prefer to cook up a few pieces of turkey bacon in the microwave.) 2 slices sourdough bread 1 tbs prepared pesto grilled chicken breast strips 1 slice cheddar cheese 2 tomato slices 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach (Oops! forgot the spinach in ingredients photo. ) 1/2 tbs olive oil ******************************************************************************************* Directions: Spread pesto on bread slices.
