Peanut Butter Cookie Cups

It’s Thursday, so that means it’s once again cheater recipe time.
This week’s cheater recipe…
Peanut Butter
Cookie Cups

Peanut Butter Cookie Cups
- 1 Devil’s Food Cake Mix
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 egg
- Miniature Peanut Butter Cups
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. In medium bowl combine cake mix, melted butter, and egg and mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes.
2. Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls. Place each ball in a small paper baking cup. Press a peanut butter cup halfway into each dough ball.

3. Place cups 1 inch apart on baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are puffed and set, 8 to 12 minutes. Cool completely in baking cups on wire rack.
