Coffee Break with Liz and Kate

My family and I are ridiculous lovers of Disneyland. We make the trip to sunny southern California every other year for our family vacation, with the in between year vacations just serving a filler trips until we can once again return to the magical kingdom. We have a trip planned for this June, and to say we are already getting excited would be a bit of an understatement. In fact when daughter #2 was home from college visiting this past weekend, she led us in  a “How many days until Disneyland?” paper chain making activity.

Just imagine our excitement when we found out about Disney’s Give a Day/Get a Day volunteer program this year. All you have to do is give a day of service through a participating organization, and you get a free 1 day pass to Disneyland or Disney World. My family signed up to make fleece blankets for kids through a local organization called Project Linus.
