I'd rather have Inglourious Basterds win and will pull my hair out if Avatar does. But I think Hurt Locker will win. Lead Actor: The Dude abides, Jeff Bridges all the way. Lead Actress: Meryl Streep. Honestly, if she's nominated they usually give it to her. Supporting Actor: Christoph Waltz. He WILL win, he DESERVES to win. Basically the only guaranteed award. Supporting Actress: Mo'Nique. Yeah, same with Waltz. Best Director: Kathryn Bigelow. I haven't even seen The Hurt Locker yet but I'm pretty sure she's got it. By the way, just because I'm making these predictions doesn't mean that I don't think that Inglourious Basterds and Up in the Air were two of the greatest movies I've seen, because they were. That, and the fact that Avatar was crap. Honestly, look at the facts: Avatar is nominated for everything but writing and acting? Yeah, because it was neither original nor breathtaking. The definition of over-hyped is James Cameron and Avatar. My Predictions:
