Betcha Didn’t Know – This simple way to feel more optimistic
this simple way to feel more optimistic. Keep a record of what goes right. Research shows that we remember negative experiences four times longer than happy ones. Luckily, you can help “rewire” your brain to feel more optimistic by focusing on the positive. Simply writing about the good parts of your day – from that perfect omelette you made to getting to work on time – is proven to boost your overall happiness. If you are looking for the positive, you’ll see the positive.

Great advice. My New Years resolution is to be more positive and count my blessings. I have been writing things I have to be thankful for down, now I can add things that go right. Thank you
I need to remember to focus on the positive instead of the negative, I’m sure if I wrote down positive things and thought about them I would feel good- I have alot to be thankful for daily- thanks for the advice, you made me smile.
