this new vitamin D recommendation.  Your body needs sunlight to make disease-fighting vitamin D – but we’re all more cautious of getting in the sun’s rays because of the risk of skin cancer.  The solution?  The Skin Cancer Foundation advises adults to increase their intake of vitamin D from 400IU to 1,000IU.  Also eat more vitamin D rich foods like…Salmon, mackerel, fortified OJ and enriched milk.
