you could stop your snoring with bananas.  The main cause for snoring is sagging muscles in the back of the throat which vibrate loudly during sleep.  Eating a banana before bed may help ease the problem.  The phospholipids found in bananas help prevent the collapse of the airway during sleep – and the effect lasts about 6 hours.  According to researcher Tom van der Touw, Ph.D., “Lubricating the problem tissues with bananas offers a cheap and tasty solution for patients who snore.”
