Red-PeppersBetcha didn’t know…this tip for revving up fat burning.  Eat lots of sweet red peppers, watermelon and tomatoes. All three are loaded with lycopene, an antioxidant-rich plant pigment that revs up your metabolism.  Lycopene destroys toxic free radicals that can slow down your metabolism, according ot the Journal of Nutrition.
