Here’s a tip I betcha didn’t know…

I’ve made more than my fair share of peanut butter & jelly  sandwiches over the years.  Here’s a tip that my husband shared with me early in our marriage (apparently he was tired of pb&j”s that were dry because the jelly was all soaked into the bread by the time lunch break rolled around)

So here’s my tip for the Perfect peanut butter & jelly sandwich…spread peanut butter on BOTH slices of bread and then add the jelly.  This puts a layer of peanut butter between the jelly and the bread, so the jelly won’t soak in.
