Cinco de Mayo Salsa – Liz’s rave

I love salsa. In fact, I think I could have it for breakfast lunch and dinner. I like it with chips, I like it on chicken. I like it by itself (think kicked up tomato soup). And since Cinco de Mayo is the perfect excuse to have salsa, I thought I’d share my favorite recipe. What I like best is if you don’t have all of the main ingredients in your cabinets, the substitutions are (almost) countless. Guess what else? Nothing is really measured.
